What was Bill Clinton's popular vote percentage in 1992 with the 3 way race with Ross Perot? 43% popular vote.

If Ross Perot hadn't run then Bush would have won 52% to 48%

Oh here is the real kicker, in 1992 there was only A 61% REGISTERED VOTER TURNOUT OF BALLOTS. Clinton only got 43% of 61% voted. So what was that he won the popular vote with less than 30% of registered voters as a whole. 39% of registered voters were so sick of the government and the no win situation the silent majority stayed silent.

327 electoral votes

Won the popular vote, no matter by how much.

Won all the swing states. 

That is not opinion, that is not spin, that is fact.
