Let me tell you about his most recent episode of intellectual fail. Just when I thought he couldn't get any dumber, he found a way to lower that bar once more. 

He didn't read an example I gave him about Biden's numbers on jobs. You know how he is. He either strikes through or he only reads 4 words. After 'not reading' my example, he turned around gave me his "so goddamn stupid' comment and posted the formula for net jobs. One problem. He was actually agreeing with me. That was my point. Biden skewed the numbers so that when they used that formula, it gave incorrect results. Since he didn't bother reading my example, he ended up proving what I claimed.

Have no issues.  If you moved that cheap *** duplex down here it would be around 300,000.  Housing prices are inflated in your area due to zoning laws and lack of new builds.  Move my house up there and guess what?  It would be worth a hullava lot more than what yours is.
