You have no sense of scale or of probability or else you would know that the odds of getting arrested the very first time you commit a crime are much lower than getting caught as a repeat offender.

Offshore windmills drive the whales crazy here on the shore. One washed up recently. On my travels from Rochester to Mason City, I saw one that looked a little smaller than yours,, maybe 6 ft diameter, It was set up next to a creek and looked quite quaint. Inspiration to make a wind operated well here maybe. It would be hard to improve on that fan's economical use of common materials.
