r. BENAVIDES. After that, I set there for just a few minutes to kind of, I thought he went in back of the house or something. At the time, I thought maybe he might have lived in there and I didn’t aant to get out and rush right up. He might start shooting again. That is when I got out of the truck and walked over to the policeman, and he was lying there and he had, looked like a big clot of blood coming out of his head, and his eyes were sunk back in his head, and just kind of made me feel real funny. I guess I was really scared. Mr. BELIN. Did the policeman say anything? Mr. BENAVIDES The policeman, I believe was dead when he hit the ground, because he didn’t put his hand out or nothing. Mr. BELIN. Where was the policeman as he fell, as you saw him? Mr. BENAVIDES. I saw him as he was falling. The door was about half way
And?
So one of the witnesses "lied"?

Oops
Another person that's part of the conspiracy

How many are we up to?

You have simply not brought up anything that changes anything...

So some witness 's brother died in a bar years later and it's suspicious?

But 11 witnesses that identified Oswald and he's arrested with the gun is suspicious too?

Think about that.

# 1
Why would she lie?

# 2
It doesn't change the fact that 11 witnesses identified Oswald..
And he was caught with the gun in his possession shortly after

#3
In 2010 author Jean Davison, in a brilliant piece of research, turned up the key source. An article in the Dallas Morning News described the incident at a tavern called the Wheel, in which a fight broke out. Benavides was not involved in the fight, but was shot in the head while ducking for cover.

[35] Helen Markham witnessed the shooting and then saw a man with a gun in his hand leave the scene.[36] Markham identified Oswald as Tippit's killer in a police lineup she viewed that evening.[37]

Barbara Davis and her sister-in-law Virginia Davis heard the shots and saw a man crossing their lawn, shaking his revolver, as if he were emptying it of cartridge cases. Later, the women found two cartridge cases near the crime scene and handed the cases over to police. Two other cartridge cases were handed to a policeman by Benavides. That evening, Barbara Davis and Virginia Davis were taken to a lineup and both Davises picked out Oswald as the man whom they had seen.[3

I should point out...

People comfort people even when they die.
Doesn't mean he was alive.

11 people identified Oswald
And he was found with the gun that killed Tippet

Rather convincing

Davis said he was no more than 20
He was 24 and that's suspicious?

How about the fact that 11 people identified him?

Why would he have the gun?
Answer that

Why????

He was 24
She said no more than 20..

C'mon

And he had the gun on him

Rather than bring up a person's description suppose you explain why he had the gun on him?

an eye witness should be somewhat accurate in physical descriptions, she said he had light brown hair and in no way looked like a boy.

And 11 confirmed it was Oswald.....That's a fact.

And for the record "eye witness descriptions" are usually terrible
They conflict with each other and police

A woman said no more than 20
Oswald was 24...
And that's earth shattering?

How about the gun that killed Tipett in his possession?

Any comment?
