Today a Base Model car co$t 50 grand.

A House even a fixer upper today ya just forget it keep paying your rent.

Recession clears out the Malinvestment sucks up the "Liquidity".

Then prices come back 2 "Reality"

Can you read the phooking graph?

We sold at the peak at like 389$ a share, the blue arrow points at the moment The x axis is the date..  I woke up with stock jitters and my associate wanted to flip it.  The transwhacktion was extremely difficult, hours of communications by phone only allowed, mostly on hold,, tons of writing. There was no will and the transfer was very hard..  You have to understand Indian accents, and there are no confirmations anything is happening. 

I think my jitters payed off.  It could be quite awhile before it gets over 400$ a share.

The problem with that so many retirement plans even city , state, local workers pensions invested in that too.

Let it get way outta control now stocks are crashing and they have too because its gotta level out comeback down to reality.

Same with Housing Prices they need crash hard too come back down to "realistic" values.

My 401 had a Money Market option which is something I assumed all plans have until I discovered that some don't.
What a bitter pill for those who are close to retirement with no way to protect their nest egg.
