Dum Dum, he did not defraud Manhattan of 450  mil.  That was his **** fine.  He was accused of inflating his real estate values although duetsche bank did their assessment.  Everyone made money, no one was hurt, and he was the first to have that law used in this manner.

On appeal, no decision rendered yet.  Can still be appealed to New York Court of Appeals, and US Supreme Court, since there are significant federal issues.
 

Thanks BV for the truth.  The case is still pending.  It was a bogus case to begin with and the US Supreme Court will ultimately decide this as part of the Democrat's targeted "Lawfare".  Sucks to be a thieving, lying Democrat pig, doesn't it.
