Personally, I have no problem spending that relatively paltry amount to celebrate the 250th birthday of the US Army.

I tried to put the $92MM figure into perspective by asking Google what the US military spends each year to feed the troops.
The answer to that question was not forthcoming.
Congress has tried to get a straight answer about that too.
It looks like that system has become a corrupt mess too.
