In no particular order, who do you consider to be the Creepiest Clown

1. Fictional Stephen King clown, Penniwise, that killed little kids in Maine.

2.  Biden the Clown - - allegedly molested many little children, including his own daughter

3.  Bozo the Clown - who "entertained" thousands of children on his show in the 1960's

4.  Pogo the Clown - who raped over 20 male children and teens, and killed at least 12 of them


5. GG The Clown, who entertained thousands by cutting himself on stage, rolling in his own feces and flinging blood-coverd feces at his fans.

 I'd say Biden the Clown did the most damage, until the Bearded Clam Lady killed him.

Dang!  How could I leave Clown Uncle Buck out???  You know when a prolific author of horror novels can't even create a fictional clown that's scarier than real-life clowns, things are messed-up.

I watched the Gacy Tapes on Netflix. Even his own lawyer said he was one of the evilest human beings to live.

I never saw that.  Of all the creepiest people that lived over the past 100 years or so, Gacy's got to be at the top. Not too sure I even want to watch that. Some things you just can't unsee.
 
Also, as crazy and violent-acting as GG Allin was, he never actually intentionally hurt anyone, other than himself. The one thing Gacy and Allin had in common was they both had bat-**** crazy fathers.

Mine will always be Penniwise.  Read the book before the movie and it "creeped" me out.

John Wayne Gacy I belive was last murderer exeecuted in the state of Illinois back 1994.

"Gacy committed all of his known murders inside his ranch-style house. Typically, he would lure a victim to his home and dupe them into donning handcuffs on the pretext of demonstrating a magic trick. He would then rape and torture his captive before killing his victim by either asphyxiation or strangulation with a garrote.

Twenty-six victims were buried in the crawl space of his home, and three were buried elsewhere on his property; four were discarded in the Des Plaines River.Gacy had previously been convicted in 1968 of the sodomy of a teenage boy in Waterloo, Iowa, and was sentenced to ten years' imprisonment, but served eighteen months

He murdered his first victim in 1972, had murdered twice more by the end of 1975, and murdered at least thirty victims after his divorce from his second wife in 1976.

The investigation into the disappearance of Des Plaines teenager Robert Piest led to Gacy's arrest on December 21, 1978.His conviction for thirty-three murders (by one individual) then covered the most homicides in United States legal history. Gacy was sentenced to death on March 13, 1980. He was executed by lethal injection at Stateville Correctional Center on May 10, 1994."

I read the book too.  Something about his writing makes it seem "real".

Not really sure myself how that went on but its "recorded" history also notable as the last Death Sentance actually carried out by State Of Illinois the rest were commuted to Life "Without Parole" the death row torn down some years later

My Bad Andrew Korkearalis the infamous "Ripper Crew" was Execution carried out by the State Of Illinois in 1999..

"On Jan. 31, 2000, then Illinois Gov. George Ryan declared a moratorium on executions. It wasn’t until more than a decade later, March 9, 2011, that Gov. Pat Quinn permanently abolished the death penalty in Illinois. Andrew Kokoraleis, part of the “Ripper Crew,” was the last person executed in Illinois. It occurred March 17, 1999."
