I got three hits on search for "Facilitate"  I got zero hits for "forcibly"  "forc" has like three hits. None of them the word you used above.
C'mon phook spook...  let's play..

The order properly requires the Government to “facilitate” Abrego Garcia’s release from custody in El Salvador and to ensure that his case is handled as it would have been had he not been improperly sent to El Salvador. The intended scope of the term “effectuate” in the District Court’s order is, however, unclear, and may exceed the District Court’s authority. The District Court should clarify its directive, with due regard for the deference owed to the Executive Branch in the conduct of foreign affairs. For its part, the Government should be prepared to share what it can concerning the steps it has taken and the prospect of further steps. The order heretofore entered by THE CHIEF JUSTICE

President-elect Donald Trump – who often campaigned on the idea that he would “rescue our middle class” and fight for the average American – has chosen billionaires to help shape his administration. So far Trump’s billionaire nods include Tesla CEO Elon Musk, Entrepreneur Vivek Ramaswamy, former professional wrestling mogul Linda McMahon, Wall Street executive Howard Lutnick, North Dakota Gov. Doug Burgum, money manager Scott Bessent, entrepreneur Jared Isaacman, real estate tycoon Steven Witkoff and investment banker Warren Stephens. With the exception of Musk and Ramaswamy – who were picked for an advisory body called the Department of Government Efficiency rather than a Cabinet or other senior position – the group will need to be confirmed by the Senate before they are official. The total net worth of the billionaires in the Trump administration, as of Dec. 10 equals at least $382.2 billion – which is more than the GDP of 172 different countries. Since Musk, Ramaswamy, Witkoff, Isaacman and Stephens won’t be part of Trump’s Cabinet, excluding them brings the net worth of Trump’s Cabinet to at least $11.8 billion, assuming all nominees are approved in the Senate.
I'll wager President Trump recues the "middle and working classes" from braindead by-done's failed socialist, inflationary policies just like he did his first term.  His Tax Cuts and Jobs Act benefited the middle and working classes the most contrary to what you loony leftist liberals have been **** to believe.

IRS data proves Trump tax cuts benefited middle, working-class Americans most

When only a small group of people with extraordinary wealth have power over the government, our system is not responsive to the will of the people, but rather to the will of a handful of wealthy donors whose biggest concerns are lining their own pockets.  Yet, President Trump is rewarding his biggest donors with political favors and countless opportunities to enrich themselves at the expense of the American people. In addition to funding his 2024 campaign, billionaires — with a combined net worth exceeding $1.2 trillion — also bankrolled President Trump’s inauguration. But this was only the beginning. Case in point: Despite not being elected by the American people, billionaire Elon Musk's rise to power represents a dangerous new way Trump is manipulating our system so his biggest donors can use the government to line their own pockets.

I had a college graduate hired into the phone company at 3rd level didn't know a damn thing bout how to keep phone lines working 24/7 to support global communications with universal coverage from anyone with a phone making decisions on how to route service 24/7 telling the persons trained to keep the infrastructure going and building to match the ever growing population and need for staying connected to the technology and meet social demands.

this is how I learned the separation of factual possibilities and actual evolving results regardless the "reality" because when people lose their connection to communicate all hell breaks loose.

Oops, I forgot to give you his philosophy abut managing outcomes forward.
" I don't need to know your job, I only have to know how to manage you for the time you are doing it.". This was said in 1976.

But Trump's current nominee for that position, Linda McMahon, bucks the trend. McMahon has a limited background in education, and a long career as a business executive. She led World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE), and served on Connecticut's State Board of Education for about a year, before heading the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) for about two years during Trump's first term. She left the federal government in 2019 to chair the pro-Trump Super PAC America First Action, and currently serves in leadership roles at the America First Policy Institute (AFPI), a think-tank staffed by veterans of Trump's first White House team.

don't you know that when you're in upper management, you don't need to know the field you're in, just how to manage people and budgets, etc...

Release Date: April 14, 2025Washington, D.C.— Today, Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Kristi Noem set the record straight about Kilmar Abrego Garcia in light of misleading mainstream media reports.“This was just one of those examples of an individual that is a MS-13 gang member, multiple charges and encounters with the individuals here, trafficking in his background, was found with other MS-13 gang members—very dangerous person, and what the liberal left and fake news are doing to turn him into a media darling is sickening,” said Secretary NoemImage
White House Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller also highlighted the President’s authority to deport Abrego Garcia today from the Oval Office. “The Supreme Court said the district court order was unlawful and its main components were unlawful and reversed 9-0 unanimously, stating clearly that neither the Secretary of State or President could be compelled by anybody to forcibly retrieve a citizen of El Salvador from El Salvador who, again, is a member of MS-13, which—as I’m sure you understand—rapes little girls, murders women, murders children, is engaged in barbaric activities in the world. And I can promise you if he was your neighbor, you would move right away.”
