Here is a hint.  Type "garcia suspected human trafficker" in your search engine of choice and you will see articles from USA Today, BBC, info from dhs.gov, CNN, Politico, etc etc, etc.

I would like to add a 6th point to this list I posted yesterday.

1. Wearing gang symbols.

2. Has a street name.

3. Has a gang rank.

4. Has a gang tattoo.

5. Hanging out with other MS 13 members. MS 13 members can only hang out with other MS 13 members or those about to become members.

6. Pulled over in TN for speeding. Cops find 8 people in the vehicle but NO suitcases. Garcia claims he left they left texas 3 days earlier going to a construction site in MD for work.

But nah, he aint in the gang. Or a human trafficker.
