thanks to all the activists out there (including judges) he has been returned to face the criminal charges the government alleged on day one, unfortunately the activists didn't catch that part, and now as a non-citizen, federal prisoner and flight risk he will be in federal custody until one of two things happen. he is found innocent and is deported, or two is found guilty and sent to one of those fine places that houses foreign terrorists (Guantanamo) until he is released years later and deported likely ending back up in el salvadors supermax as i think they are not finished with him yet. he should thank all the activists out there for his return and his rather grim future.
