I simply corrected something you said, Duplex.  Sounds like you are in Meltdown Mary as we speak.  Do you need some tissues.

As I said, if your duplex was was down here, even with that view, you’d be lucky yo get 1/2 what you get up there.  And my home in your market would be worth a helluva lot more.
