3) Claiming the home in Virginia Beach was her principle residence. This does 2 things, defrauds the lender in Virginia AND makes her ineligible to be District Attorney, which requires the title holder to be a resident of New York.
Trump should immediately file to have his case dismissed because she was disqualified as DA, and not able to bring charges against him.

GIVE IT UP... Leticia James is TOAST !!
1) She SWORE that a Virginia house was her primary residence in order to get a better interest rate, and BECAUSE she the District Attorney in NYC (a 5 hour drive to Virginia), and Public Records (signed and dated as part of the purchase agreement)... indicate she LIED in order to get a more beneficial interest rate !!
2) As DA of NYC... she MUST be a resident of NYC... or RESIGN her position.. However, she WAS not, and DID NOT... and that is ALL part of the public record !
ALL THIS after ACCUSING Donald Trump of wrong doing because he (allegedly) over estimated the value of a property he owned (i.e. Mira Lago).... a UNIQUE property... that has a 100 year+ history... going back to the beginning of the Florida BOOM years of the American "rich elites"... and one time (and LONG time) residence of the Vanderbilt family, a pedigree that NO other property in Florida can claim (or be valued to)... AND a valuation that even Deutchbank (and their experts) accepted, FUNDED (a loan that now has been LONG repaid), and WOULD NOT be party to the NYC DA Leticia James' lawsuite/complaint !!
For Leticia James to be guilty of something... MORE FALSE, MORE EGREGIOUS, and MORE DISHONEST... after she had accused and CONVICTED Donald Trump of something VERY similar... is RICH !! IF JUSTICE means ANYTHING in America (and the LYING Democrats)... SHE needs to be found guilty, and be made to pay the HIGHEST fine ever levied for such an offense...
