We should embark on a campaign of having the voting rights of the insane and incompetent revoked. They typically don't own anything. The state pays for them to live. And, they can't even take care of themselves. How is it that we allow people like this to get near a voting booth. So, I propose that we have legislation that forbids anyone from voting who is taking Mood Stabilizers, Antipsychotics, Antidepressants for mental illness.
