Trump knows what he's doing. He starts from a place of disrespect and inequality, those are easy "gives".  He didn't put everything in the Art of the Deal.  If you really want to know how to out-negotiate Trump, you only need 3 things:

1. More money than Trump has or has access to
2. Something Trump needs more than you need his money
3. Relevant information Trump doesn't know you have
