Your description was one of a rapist felon.  He is not a rapist.  He was never tried in a criminal trial for rape.  He was sued in CIVIL court where the bar of proof is tremendously lower.  The jury did not find him guilty of rape.  Additionally, ABC settled for 16 million dollars for *** repeatedly saying Trump was found civilly liable for rape.  He was found liable for 

You can accurately say he is a felon but you cannot imply he was guilty or liable for rape.  He was found liable for sexual assault and defamation.
