The judges personal opinion does not override the official jury verdict that is on record in the state of NY.  And the jury verdict was she did not proof he raped her.

It's a MOOT POINT that holds ZERO BASIS IN THE FACT THAT A JURY FOUND NO RAPE!! Kaplan's INSTRUCTIONS TO THE JURY were that UNDER NY STATE PENAL CODE what the definition of RAPE WAS and the JURY SAID, NOPE, no rape. If you need to see that VERDICT FORM AGAIN, it's easy to find.

Oh, and Kaplan's bloviating is also the reason that it's at a HIGHER COURT NOW for a relief from the judgment.

Perhaps that FACT is one you have no clue about either.

I would be more inclined to think rutabaga. Something no one knows what it really is, never would eat, and can't even tell you want it looks like or how it's produced.
