I'm pretty sure that could result in foreign adventures. In fact, that IS a foreign adventure.
He was going to cut waste, fraud, and abuse. They had a nice little PR show, but then he wants a trillion dollars for the pentagon. The pentagon has not passed an audit this century. That is the opposite of restoring integrity to the system.
He promised to bring peace in Ukraine. He's flipped and flopped like a beached fish on that issue. He seems to be handing off the harassment of Russia to the Europeans, rather than making the peace.
He hasn't reduced inflation. He said he would stand with working people, but he's gutting consumer watch dog agency the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, which will leave consumers at the mercy of big banks' corruption.
He hasn't been in all that long, and he's done some excellent stuff. It's early to start **** on him - but it's also early to start running victory laps, so cool your jets, Mabel.
