When primitives roamed and hunter/gathered a subsistence life, each life was more "precious" to help maintain a population.
Now that is a long dead problem. Each life being oh, so precious is a quaint notion.

I brought up the theoretical carrying capacity of the planet, which he denied and said it was much higher than I imagined it to be.

So you aren’t the first to arrive at that morbid conclusion

CP thinks the USA would be a horrible place to live if the population was shrunk back gradually to what it was when I was born.....155MM and almost 90% White.
It took less than 70 years for our population to more than double...which at this point is a foolish rate of expansion.
The birth rate of minorities will overwhelm us in the next 100 years  the USA could  become a new country called AFROMEXISTAN with 100MM ******, 200MM Browns, 100MM Chinks and 100MM Whites......

To me, it really isn't a morbid conclusion. The carrying capacity of the planet is what it is.
If speculation is one thing, it's emotional much of the time.

Statistically, the planet's human population is already slowing its increase and will plateau at 9.5billion or so in the 2050's.
If you were to believe actuarial charts and ****, that's where we are headed.
Lacking anything better, I choose to go with that.

Everybody else can go **** themselves... The hand-wringing pussies...

Social engineering of people's minds [selfishness, childishness, addiction to leisure, recreational drugs, anti anxiety / depression drugs]] is what will kill the instinct to procreate as much economic hardship......but this program won't be as effective with Blacks and Browns because they evolved with a QUANTITY OVER QUALITY breeding  instinct.

My understanding is that there seems to be an innate “herd mentality” within human biology that prevents overbreeding. 

People bred a lot in the past several millennia because that was the only way to ensure survival. With modern medicine, sanitation, and living standards many of the formerly weak humans who would otherwise be culled have been allowed to proliferate. 

It’s a self-regulating problem so I don’t think about it too much. <<<JWO>>> importing 3rd worlders is a different story.
