I know they say johnson ducked but to me he would be too cautious to be near an assignation attempt and it would not matter to whoever wanted the viet nam war because mccormic was next in line and was all for the viet nam war.

Johnson was slimy.  Not that I knew him personally or anything like that - just read a good bit about him.  He was one of the first Democrat ballot stuffers.  He didn't give 2 **** about cheating on his wife; the man did not seem to have any morals at all.

He was one greasy cocksucker for sure.

And if he "wasn't very pro-American," where did he fail substantively in that regard?
  • Ballot stuffing - makes Obama and Biden look like armatures.
  • Throwing over 30,000 American men to their deaths for a French rubber plantation
  • Cheated on his wife repeatedly with hundreds of women - made Clinton look like a choir boy.
  • He was the kingpin of political espionage - Nixon was a bumbling pud-wacker compared to Johnson spying on his opponents.
  • Oh, I forgot, he also caused the assignation of his partner, "friend" and President of the United States.

If you're looking for a mother **** on the evil side of history, look no farther than reagan. We don't have an evil that his policies did not give fertile soil. He was the first globalist, the first president to utter the words, "service economy," the first president to allow raw resources to be taken from our ports, the first president since Herbert Hoover to have a bank failure which could not be handled by the FDIC (which did not exist in Hoover's day), the first president caught using astrology, the first president to be a divorcee, and the first president to have a young boy sex scandal in the whitehouse. He launched the attack on the middle class which proceeds apace to this very hour. Up to Reagan, the middle class was big and getting bigger. During and after reagan, the Big Shrink was on.

And the soft-soap that there were more millionaires minted on his watch comes with two caveats:
1. Half of that was due to inflation - not opportunity, and
2. We do not measure a country's quality by the number of haves, but rather, by the number of have nots. And as much as the haves increased, by that same amount the have nots increased more than double. Most of the shrinkage of the middle class was not caused by upward movement, but by downward economic movement. In other words, he was a suckass president for workaday murkins.

With a $10 bill they got a buck. Now the bill is $100 so $10 tip is not good enough. With prices going up, tips go up. Why does the percentage go up too? Some say if you can't afford to tip, don't go out. So they would rather have nothing.? Restaurant goes out of business they lose their job. Don't get me wrong, I tip plenty, but we do not go out near as often.
