I think you know where I live. I am in the land of the best medical care on the planet (and the most expensive and north of 40th of the lowest national life expectancy on the planet). I will say, I think Maryland takes the Hippocratic Oath more seriously than Iowa.

I hear some M4A countries have better results than we do. The Great Insurance  Rip Off is killing people in the US with anxiety from stress of navigating the challenges. In all seriousness, this effort we have undertaken is a taking a huge toll on Mrs You. She was complaining of chest pains and would not go to ER as I wanted her too. Aligning our Focus on this effort is taking away from other people in our lives, most pertinently the Grandson.

You will be pleased to know we are contributing a shytload to BCBS.  We no longer have Obama Care. That shyt was Tony the Tiger Great when we were in more difficult economic times. I am hoping Iowa gets stuck with Bro's bills, but I did manage to get him enrolled in Maryland Medicaid.

On the Trump Health Care Train, we would likely all three be dead by now.

It was all set dressing. A play with a cast of hundreds of thousands. Compartmentalised to infinitely small cells of players incapable of realising their part in the big picture. Pointillist propaganda. A thousand thousand tiny points that don’t look like anything resembling reality when inspected individually, but shape a grand design viewed from a distance. None of it was real.

The vast majority of people have yet to engage with exactly what that means, and still don’t apply those lessons to media analysis. We’re five years past the birth of Covid, almost to the day, and the next wave of grand narratives are poised to roll over the horizon. When they do we should remember the sheer depth of deception involved in Covid. How much of it was pretend. Because the lesson of Covid, properly learned, has the potential to overthrow everything.

Reagan changed the way the feds reached into pockets, shifting the burden to the working and middle classes through raising excise taxes - those hidden federal taxes that raise the price of consumer goods. And he went GRANULAR to avoid taxing the wealthy. The tax on a 40oz bottle of beer and a bottle of Dom were the same. The tax on a pack of cigarettes skyrocketed, and the tax on pipe tobacco was cut. These taxes are still the same to this day. Everything that working people use is taxed heavily, and the things that are mostly used by the wealthy are taxed very lightly. 

Reagan had the biggest cut AND the biggest raise in history - in the same bill, IIRC.

4. Keep supporting that war on drugs. It's working. You might want to consider whether you are retarded, by the way. 

5. O'Connor was a moderate whose swing vote upheld roe. Rhenquist was a conservative - but very bad on individual rights, esp. regarding due process. He favored a police state. His court DID uphold the right to burn the American flag in public - but I always suspected the old fool thought they said American ***. Scalie wasn't THAT conservative - he was considered the "median" justice based on his record. In Crawford v Washington, he went with the liberals (and I concur). But he was mostly conservative - especially where it counted the most,like in DC v Heller. 

6. That 55 MPH **** was getting people killed by forcing them to drive fatigued in order to cover any ground - on roads made for faster limits dring cars made for faster speeds. It was one of the biggest federal overreaches I know of. The feds illegally bullied states to change their internal speed limits. I blame the 17th Amendment.
