Had they stuck to their original doctrine, we would all be typing in Latin.
You must have. Syria was spot on. Syria has good cause against israel - which was my inquiry.Mrkelly » Today, 8:16 am » wrote: ↑ You go first
how was Syria an answer to CPs question?
maybe I misunderstood
To be clear, I consider Iran to be Israel's neighbor. Just as I consider Costa Rica and Cuba and El Salvador to be America's neighbors.Skans » Today, 8:57 am » wrote: ↑ So Cannonpointer asked me whether Israel was F-ing with any neighbor that could cause it to want to commit genocide upon Israel. Israel's immediate neighbors are: Egypt, Syria, Lebanon, Jordan and possibly a small portion of Saudi Arabia (I'd have to check that). Israel doesn't mess with Saudi Arabia, and for some time it seems to get along well enough with Jordan and Egypt. Lebanon is a mess, and it sort of depends whether Christians ever regain its control of that country. Syria is a bigger mess, and Israel has been taking shots at IRGC sites within Syria for some time. Not to mention, it never gave back the Golan it captured from Syria.
So, of Israel's neighbors, I mentioned Lebanon and Syria; with Syria being the slightly more likely country to open a can of genocidal whoop-*** on Israel, if it ever had the resources to do so.
I agree with your answer, though I find it incomplete. But I think if you'd know I consider Iran a neighbor, you'd have included it.Skans » Today, 10:09 am » wrote: ↑ Yeah, well, you still haven't explained where my answer to Cannonpointer was wrong, ignorant, or otherwise. You will run this ****, and when someone calls you out, you will pretend you were only trolling.
Well, you're geographically challenged, I see. Cuba is 80 miles from the US, so yes, I might consider Cuba a neighbor. Costa Rica and El Salvador - they are not neighbors of the US. Air miles, they are about 1,100 air miles away. Russia is closer to the US than that, and I don't consider Russia our neighbor. Greenland is closer than either Costa Rica or El Salvador.Cannonpointer » Yesterday, 5:26 pm » wrote: ↑ To be clear, I consider Iran to be Israel's neighbor. I almost threw Egypt into that mix. But, Egypt really shouldn't have any beef with Israel. It gave Egypt all of its land back after one of the wars (some years after the war). And, Egypt likes the Gazans about as much as they like the Israelis, maybe even less. But, I was on the fence with Egypt as far as holding a grudge. Not for the reasons you mentioned, but for other reasons. Oh, and I think you should travel to Cairo (Egypt, not Illinois) and yell "HELLO MY ARABS". LOL - make sure you post it to youtube.Cannonpointer » Yesterday, 5:29 pm » wrote: ↑ I agree with your answer, though I find it incomplete. By the way, I think Egypt has cause to hold a grudge against Israel, as well - for the israelis brutalizing israel's arab citizens.
LOL! F- if I know.
