If she did something that amounts to real jail time, then go for it.  But, if all they are going to do is plea to picking up trash in a highway median - waste of time, waste of money.

Uh, did you EVER hear the words "NO ONE is above the law"??

From Big Tish herself even??

So in her OWN WORDS, she is NOT above the law and making FRAUDULENT STATEMENTS on a mortgage application is FRAUD and a felony CRIME!!

She was no doubt appointed  by her  [[[HANDLERS]]] to prosecute Trump but that doesn't matter.
Our Judiciary must be held to an even higher standard than the general public and it's obvious that this corrupt monkey fails miserably to pass the test.
So, are we now going to go around auditing everyone's financial statements and loan applications, prosecute and imprison those who are not in default but over/under stated information etc?

Or, do you just want to prosecute her for this.  Selective enforcement. Same selective **** enforcement they did against Trump.

While I completely agree that what happened to Trump and his financial statements was total F-ing ****. I'd rather pursue those who weaponized the judiciary against Trump for the genuine crimes of treason, weaponizing the justice system, conspiracy, racketeering, etc. That's different than going after someone for the same kind of **** they went after Trump for.

I want her (and everyone involved) prosecuted for the real crime of weaponizing the justice system to falsely prosecute an individual in an attempt to stop him from running for president. I don't know EXACTLY what crime that would be, but I am certain that they can use a whole bunch of federal laws that were used against the mafia to prosecute them for things other than murder.  I want her prosecuted for crimes against Trump and our Nation, not tit-for-tat **** loan applications.

She's not just some random guy off the street.
She's a high ranking officer of the court system, which is a system that we must at all costs keep scrupulously clean

That's exactly the same excuse they used when going after Trump.  By doing the same thing to her, we are validating what they did to Trump.

She's dirty!  I want her prosecuted too.  But, I want her prosecuted for the right thing - conspiring with others to use taxpayer money to weaponize the justice system against Trump while enriching themselves.

Mortgage fraud can land her 10 years behind bars and up to $1,000,000 in fines and court costs.

That more than works for me. Even half that would be fine.

There only civil remedies for the weaponization of the courts as far as I know. Unless you can find a law, that's about all that can be done and that's against government itself, not an individual. Malicious prosecution it's called.

That was a rhetorical question, correct? Of course the tax payers cover her costs since she is still an elected official. If she goes down, domino/butterfly effect expands.

They are trying to pass a bill to allow the State to pay for her legal fees for an ACTION UNRELATED TO HER ROLE AS AG!!

These people are definitely SICK *** LOSERS!!
