Society has changed drastically but I was born and grew up a time of that.

I didnt really buy the Houses was "Inhertance"

My Granpa & Uncle were "Slum Lords"

Back in the day theyd buy up Bank Forclosures cheap and fix em up just enough Welfare Rent Assistance qualifications Section 8 rent paid.

But them kinda people were slobs when they got kicked out  moved sometimesa SHERIFFS WARRANT.

They did like 10 grand damage the place and 6 months behind on the rent too

Back then most paid rent "Ca$h" so he was sitting on ten thousands dolars until he went to bank monday morning deposit
