"To 86 something" is a slang term that means to get rid of, remove, or no longer offer something, especially in the hospitality industry. It can also mean to refuse service to someone. The origin of the term is debated, but some theories include military shorthand (T.O. for throw out), soda-counter slang from the 1930s, or its connection to Prohibition-era bars.

This is nothing more than sending Al Capone to prison for tax evasion since they couldn't do anything about his leading organized crime. It isn't justice, it is social justification.

What he did earns him losing all his retirement benefits from the jobs he used to abuse the offices for personal glory of feeling more significant than most people alive even within his own ancestry. Justice would take down all his willing accomplices. Doesn't need jail time, just treated like he treated everyone his ideology ruled over daily.

Equality has always been self evident per heartbeat and brain navigating space one at a time.

Destroying a person's character doesn't require ending an ancestor's time alive. I have 86'ed humanity in my own brain for all it has done to my ancestry promising better tomorrows midnight to noon every day noon to midnight, dawn to dusk, on a rotating planet perpetually balancing life in this atmosphere in this solar system so far as my singularity of chromosomes was conceived proportionately one of a kind now.

On a side note, the history behind why it was called 86 has many different roots and meanings. There isn't a consensus as to the exact origin. However, as it evolved, the mafia days in Vegas used it to mean 8 miles out and 6 feet deep.
