They passed a "LAW" too about it as well and 2nd Violation they will actually rip the whole stereo and dozen speaker right outta their cars too & "Confiscate' It too

Sounds like something particular to your area. I hardly ever hear any loud rap music, unless I'm in a Mexican area. And even then, they are staying pretty low-key these days.
