I have always hated Bruce Springsteen. His so-called music sucks.  ALL OF IT SUCKS.  His voice sucks.  His lyrics are childish.  I was forced to go to a Bruce Springsteen concert once.  I was so freaking bored, I left after the first few songs.  He just sucks filthy cock.

The real truth is that he acted like a complete asshole while being inducted, and they released the little brat.

The thing is, I hated Bruce Springsteen way before I knew anything about his politics. Always thought of him as some incoherent, rambling Yankee. At least when Ted Nugent performed, he was real clear about his intentions toward teenage girls.

Ok, yes, that's what I said.  What is your problem with it?  Springsteen was born and raised in New Jersey.  His mother was from Brooklyn.  His lyrics are about his Yankee experiences. It sounds like typical, cheap, moron-level music that comes from that region of the country.  Completely unappealing to me. 
 
And as far as "rejecting" Springsteen, don't make it so complicated.  His so-called music just sucks.  I mean, it is really awful in a very annoying way, regardless of his politics.  Being forced to listen to Springsteen is as bad as pouring fuming nitric acid in your ears, or hearing Eminem or K-Dot.
