I'm not sure what a "war criminal" actually is anymore.
Countries don't declare war on each other anymore.
Otherwise they'd supposedly have to follow the rules.

So, "police action" criminal, maybe.
Whatever that is... apparently can do no wrong since there is no such thing.
Clinton held the record for most number of different countries bombed in peacetime.
I read that somewhere long ago...
