5. Just Guessing..trigger adjustment  - No.  Its a "do-dad" glued on to made to look like an anti-walk pin retainer that you see on some "tactical" AR's.

7.  Sights - No.  Those are where you would put the strap for the 3-D printed pistol brace.  NFA says it can't be a stock, has to be a pistol brace. 
8.  Looks like it could be folded. Correct. 

This was a tricky test. I had to blow up that picture to see what was really going on with this gun. The fake anti-walk pin retainer was a real pisser. Really, the fact that you identified it as a 22 is impressive. The magazine should have been the first clue - you'd never see rivets or screws in a 5.56 magazine. I had to blow up the area around the bolt and compare it to a naked AR-22 bolt to confirm it was a 22.  I suspect if you were able to blow up the photo you may have figured out the fake anti-walk do-dad too.  I really had to blow up the folding mechanism to determine if it was operational - I'm fairly certain it is. 

PS: on the anti-walk pin device.  It is possible that the builder actually had to use something like this to keep the pins in place. I could be wrong about it being a glued-on non-operational do-dad.  I still tend to think it is, but there's a chance it serves a purpose. 

 PS2: Who ever built that little ***-pistol really put some thought into it. The entire thing, except bolt, barrel and internals, is 3D printed.  The folding pistol brace is really a nice touch. This would not have been an easy project.

Oh, I have given it scads of consideration - SCADS. 

Just for one example, I began a Felcher's cookbook some years back. It seemed to me that if these people are going to suck their own ejected semen from the asshole of their butt-buddy and consume it, there SHOULD be some artistry involved. As I recall, I designed this Felcher's Menu for a cheerful soiree out on the town:

Starter: Oysters get your rocks off fellers

Ckoice of Entrees:

Corn Fritter Pile in Savory Sauce

It isn't that nuanced..

It's obviously 3D printed, because no one is going to build a production line to make it.
