First of all, I note that you did not write either of the response you posted to what I wrote.  Apparently, you are incapable of doing your own writing and thinking. But, I will respond to what you pasted from elsewhere:

Crime is rampant in California. And, right now, crime is off the charts. Destroying property is a crime.  Blocking freeways is not protected speech, it is impeding travel and is a crime. Assaulting officers is crime.  Looting businesses is crime. Harboring criminals is criminal.  The problem is how California refuses to label things that are actual crimes "crimes".  California, under Gavin Newsome, has become a horrible place to live and to work. This is why many businesses are fleeing the state.  To such an extent that California is even considering "exit taxes". See Senator Nancy Skinner (D-Berkeley).

I reject the premise of the above statement in that it intentionally downplays what the Biden Administration actually did.  The Biden Administration did not merely "refrain from deporting" illegal aliens, foreign invaders. No, the Biden Administration actually used government funds and NGO's to facilitate illegal immigration. This was exposed in detail by DOGE - you can look at the DOGE files for yourself, if you want references. 

The Biden Administration opened the borders, illegally and without support from Congress. They refused to enforce immigration laws this nation already had in place.  They further used government funds - money paid to NGO's as well as funds from social security and Medicaid to pay expenses of illegal aliens after they invaded our country.  Sure, they "refrained from deporting these illegal aliens", but such a statement fails to acknowledge the truly reprehensible and illegal activities the Biden Administration were actually engaged in, activities I merely touched on above.  

Many of the illegal aliens allowed to enter our country were criminals; people released from prisons and mental facilities.  The Trump Administration has proved this with every deportee as a result of Biden's incompetence and unlawful activities. 

Moreover, California is allowing illegal aliens to vote in state and federal elections.  This is also an illegal conspiracy that could and should be prosecuted under Federal RICO laws.

Wrong.  First, Democrats controlled congress.  Second, after Congress passes the funding bill, the President has the authority to sign the bill into law (or veto it), which would then release the funds to the NGO's.  Upon the President signing the bill, it becomes law, and the funds for NGOs would be allocated and paid.
