Biden deported 750 people a day for 4 years, even with due process.. Obama earned the moniker "Deporter in Chief". These azzholes are struggling and causing a land of confusion and can't even get close to their numbers. They are inept.

Stephen Miller is a bag of spoiled nuts and the MAGA Male sex idol...  No wonder his wife went with Elon's balls.
Yes it has been an issue forever but Biden did something no other President has done, he let in millions of people!
He invited them to come and they came!

That 750 per day number comes from the same idiots that said the border was secure.

Here's what the data suggests:1. Significant Increase in Border Encounters:Since President Biden took office in January 2021, there have been over 10 million border encounters nationwide, with approximately 8 million of those occurring at the Southwest border with Mexico.Under the Trump administration, there were 2.4 million encounters on this border. The highest number of monthly encounters occurred in December 2023, with over 370,000 recorded, averaging nearly 12,000 per day.

I say "rats" in every store I walk into nowadays.. as I wonder how much of the corporate ripoff we are paying for.

It does eventually come for most people. I'm not so far out as to realize the struggle is real for just about everyone.

I thought you liked Bidenomics?

We spend at least $1000/ month on groceries, sometimes more if there is more than one Sam's shop.

The small increase from tariffs is nothing compared to the 20% cumulative inflation under Biden. Your sticker shock disorder is a remnant of The Biden era.

I keep reading these stats online and wondering how they are getting by:

In the U.S., approximately 7 million men aged 25-54 are neither employed nor looking for work. This represents roughly 10.5% of men in this prime working age group. The number of men not in the labor force has been increasing for decades, with a significant rise since the 1960s.

It's a sad day in America for people who think they have no options.

I met one such person months ago in Canada. He has a tent stored in his backpack and sleeps outside in various, inconspicuous sites (British Columbia is dense with forestry).

Then during the day he goes to soup kitchens and hangs out in public places.

LOL!!!

The wife is visiting her brother in Maui for three weeks. She has plans to go over to Kona and visit an associate living off grid true granola style. Had her baby on the dirt path as she couldn't get to the tent in time. (Even sent pictures!) This was their dream and therefore destiny.

That lifestyle can be planned for but doing it off the cuff sounds like a hard life to me, even harder as the decades roll by.

I wondered where you met CP, now we know!

Less stuff, more leisure. He can read, play chess, think, sit in a rain forest and commune with nature - watch the forest floor for its fascinating depth of mini-life; or get lost in the beauty of an old-growth canopy, or swim in a gentle creek and lay on its banks in the bliss of abandonment. Except for the chill and the rain (if you are bothered by rain), it doesn't get more spectacular than BC.

More than once I have quit a good job and spent months in the woods or in travel abroad. If there are no children getting hurt by it, and it injures none, a man ought to be free to make his choice how much value to contribute to society, as the choice will certainly impact how much value he gets from society.

For me, personally, soup kitchens or food stamps are a bridge too far. But I am certainly willing to drive a compact car, rather than a midsized, for the privilege of more leisure. I just bought a 2025 compact car. The maker had a very lovely midsized - but it was 3k more, and I'd rather put the 3k into my next trip abroad!

I don't judge dropouts harshly. I've been a dropout all my life - just a dropout with higher ambitions and demands than that guy. But I could have done anything I wanted and made a lot more money. I chose the road less travelled by - and that has made all the difference.

I always joked to CP that I want my NW to be higher than CG’s in my 30s while still retaining CannonPEEPEWpointer’s “free spirited” disposition.

CG is already in excess of $5M I think, but lower than $9M

I feel the same way about that life style. I like my creature comforts. Give me hot baths. I can forego the bubbles, provided Dr. Epsom is on hand - but give me my baths.

My appreciation for creature comforts is the only thing that kept me from reverting to Eden. I'm too Adamic to go full Edenic.

Incidentally, I have long divided the world into the Edenic and the Adamic. And I have long preferred the Adamic - though appreciating the Edenic.

To me, the things that most would hurt
Are rocks under sleeping mats and life in a yurt.

Let wild winds bellow and curtains billow -
Just shut the sash and give me my pillow.

That's because the left has been routinely turning out ignorant brain washed idiots from schools for decades. They only get more so as they go. I graduated in 1971 and we actually had to know what the **** we had been taught if we expected a diploma.

-Fact check: Did suspect in Minnesota shootings have close ties to Gov. Tim Walz? The governor reappointed Boelter to an advisory board in 2019, but one member says the board is bipartisan. A friend of Boelter’s called him a strong supporter of President Donald Trump.
