I am well aware. And I took the same position when it was being done by presidents that I DIDN'T vote for. 

I don't give a **** what AOC says, one way or the other. Or what neocon frauds say. I care what I say - and I say trump is a **** criminal who has NO RIGHT to purloin the legislature's war making powers. No other criminal president had that right, either. Crimes get committed every **** day - that doesn't legalize criminality. "There's precedent" is not an argument - it's an excuse. The CONGRESS has the power to declare war - not the president.
 
And IN THE HETEROSEXUAL WORLD, dropping bombs is about as formal a declaration of war as you can get. Remember Pearl Harbor? Remember how everyone thought the jappos had declared war when they bombed us?

There really isn't a difference, except in the size of the enemy and the degree of the offense. You can say kicking an unarmed midget isn't the same as punching an armed giant, and you'll be right. It isn't the same. The latter is clearly more dangerous. But the former is still a theft of the war powers. And it's still a treasonous, **** way for the orange scumbag to behave.
