I got a load of Palantir and they had received shares in a company called Surf Air for services rendered.

If you understand Palantir you know what drives their business....so I decided to buy Surf Air too.

Palantir announced they added several million more shares....made 107% in two days.

Thanks Palantir....I will be watching closely for more great purchases you all do in the future

Just read a brief article on PLTR and the volume is low and may not be able to hold the recent gains.  

Are you still holding or did you take yer profit. And if so, where's my 10%.

Some investors are long on PLTR.  Looks like a very interesting company.

Sold out when it went from 9 to 30 several years ago.  Bought back in when it was at 8, 14 and 21

I sold some when it hit $110 the first time to get my money out of it and left profit in....added back plus some when it crashed the last time.

Hint....they are in Archer Aviation now too...and so am I now

I recently had my daughter open a robinhood account...good place to go for easy stock and crypto trading.

I gave here 3 companies to invest in and she picked one....after 60 days she's completely sold...she told me this morning on the phone she's up 27% so far.

It's fun to mess with....like gambling only you get to pick your cards instead of being dealt a hand

Yes...I enjoyed it back when I was semi-heavy into trading.

I don't think I would stop trading...it's become an every morning thing....but I'm very picky about it.

ever do options?....I remember getting the **** kicked out of me until I started figuring it out...self teaching can be very expensive

I just lowered my expectations with options....I unload a big chunk at 20% and half of what's let at 30%...the rest I let ride to see where it goes.

Had a buddy down in Baton Rouge who hit over $150,000 on game stop several years ago.....he lost it all to trading and taxes within a year

I've got some Palantir.  Not my favorite stock, but I've got some anyway.  As for Surf Air - it doesn't make money and its stock price has done mostly nothing but decline. Personally, I don't understand Palantir's high P/E - must have some "amazing" potential earnings growth waiting down the road.  Several reputable stock analysts who do deep dives into Palantir like it.  My stock picker likes it.  So, I bought some.  So far, making money on it.  But, I'm not overly impressed by this company.

I was following it way before the IPO.....Government and militaries all over the world are either using it or want it

same for private businesses....it unlocks massive value in an instant...

they don't even have a sales force....don't need it.

This is good information.  Tells me there is still a lot of potential revenue growth which will take place.
