Ever notice every God fearing believer goes ape **** when a Darwinian suggests evolution theory that mankind came from primates.

Both sides ignore the same results arriving in plain sight by compounding chromosomes in streaming DNA additions to specific ancestral lineages one generation gap at a time converting last generation of great great grandchildren into next generation of 1 of 2 parents their parents become 1 of 4 grandparents each grandchild added.

Oops, nobody likes actual commonality in ideas life isn't self evident time alive in series parallel result never same details duplicated again. My My kinetic universe is perpetually balancing outcomes left existing never same results again twice now. what goes up must come down, what expands in shape spaced apart uniquely here must erode or decompose making room for next generation results balancing same way every generation now.

But if I was to say "I don't believe in God, but I do believe in Santa Clause, the Easter Bunny, and the Tooth Fairy." Then they wouldn't give a ****. They would simply chalk me up as some crackpot and move on with their life. Why? Because they know with almost 100% certainty that they don't exist. Yet, they can't say the same about God. 

I say almost 100% certainty because you can't prove a negative.

I have claimed to be an "aspiring atheist"... but I can't get there from here.

There is a power in this universe beyond the comprehension of mankind. An energy.
So far, we are the only living thing that can even conceive of such a notion. This parts us from the animals.

My acknowledgement of this precludes any chance of becoming a common variety "atheist".
However, organized religions don't do anything for me at this time. Maybe never will. Who can say?
