Well now I am ready for a fourth party like it's  1999.

I sure ain't  going with the rich guy's policy..  Honestly,  with all the crap he and Trump have put us through, how is The American  Party going to gain traction?  Elon cannot afford to acquire the Federal, State,  and local governments.   But he will try to buy the power.

I fully support multi party contests and full open rank choice voting like Israel, but concede it yielded **** there for 30 years

trump is very  tricky. they were bffs and this could be a ploy to deflect votes from dems to keep trump in power. any republican who gets the nomination is trump's lap  dog. anyone who opposed him will not be nominated. trump will see to that.

third party as in … something different

Why not. The republicans started as a 3rd party.  Then they freed the slaves. Then the democrats and their KKK went around murdering black and white republicans.

Trump's job is done. His brain is turning into the turd on @murdock  s face.

I really think he will be gone someway by January.  They can't  risk his enormous fat drag in the 2026 mid terms

Strange...considering it was my republican party that pushed through women's right to vote.

Although, I would take away your right to vote if I could to prevent you from hurting yourself.

The SAVE Act is likely to face an uphill climb in the Senate, where Democrats are likely to filibuster it. But if passed into law, it would require that states obtain proof of citizenship when people register to vote — or update their registration because they moved or want to change their party affiliation. Under the bill, voters have to show proof of citizenship in person via a document like a passport or a state or federal ID card plus a birth certificate where, importantly, the names must match. Given the in-person requirement, the bill would effectively end registration or updates online or by mail. It would also ban states from counting mail ballots that arrive after Election Day.As many as 69 million married women who changed their last names would not be able to use their birth certificate as proof of citizenship, per the Center for American Progress. About 84% of American women married to men have changed their legal names, according to a 2023 Pew Research Center survey. Should these women move, change party affiliation or register for the first time, they would need a passport
