You really should post the entire article because it pretty much contradicts your claim. And when you can name those "5 sources", you then have facts that aren't disputable. As it stands now, you have "iffy-ness" in what you posted and that means anyone can take a position completely opposite to your fantasies and projections.
Pentagon press secretary Kingsley Wilson told CNN in a statement that said in part, “Secretary Hegseth provided a framework for the President to evaluate military aid shipments and assess existing stockpiles. This effort was coordinated across government.”
