Our DOJ (among others) would be facing pressure from some players beyond our borders.

This is the type of thing I believe creates the so-called flip-flops that whiners go nuts about.
Campaign promises clash with the real world...

I don't think it's all BS, Epstein was part of Washington's inner circle and Trump wanted to be part of that same circle, they knew each other and Trump probably send him birthday letters with dirty jokes but that was a long time ago, before all the details about Epstein's island and it's visitors became public knowledge. Trump never visited there and he probably isn't on "the list" but he must have known what was going on, promising to release it wasn't a good idea, he should have seen the fallout coming.. oh, as for the one who hates Trump the most, it isn't Cohen.. lol..
