The claim that "large-scale weather modification experiments cannot be conducted in secret" is pretty damned precious. Of COURSE they cannot. That is why half the **** world understands what they are looking at when the airlines turn our skies into checkerboards right in front of our eyes - and then the lines on those checkerboards soften, expand, thin out, and become a general haze. They are looking at chemtrails.
