Do we need to give you the well known stats on black crime? If Asians had the same stats, then this would apply to them. If Hispanics had the same stats, then this would apply to them. Etc...All of these things that you just stated are evolutionary responses. Our ancestors, world wide, did this also. It's how we survive. When there is a well known in historical threat, it is natural to be on guard. Hell man, the animal kingdom does this also.

Where did I say it was justified? Another example of your lack of understanding anything. 

I said it was evolutionary. It's not right, but it is how our biology is made up. Humans evolved to detect patterns and prioritize survival. When a threat appears to be associated with a particular cue, like disproportionately high crime rates among blacks. The brain overgeneralizes that cue as dangerous.

Example: If 3 of 5 lion encounters end badly, the brain may assume all lions = deadly to increase the odds of survival.  

Humans tend to fear certain groups not because of innate racism, but because of pattern-based evolutionary shortcut, subconscious biases, and a natural tendency to generalize for safety.
