I'm not saying the idea itself is bad. But the logistics are a nightmare.

I'm generally in favor of "off with their heads" arguments, as a default. It's the German in me. 

It's just that we don't know who these lurkers are.

Funny the word came up...years ago I was the department lead (go to guy) ...while working on the computer, people would come up behind me and wait stand waiting there...without turning, I'd tell them, "no lurking!" then turn...man the look on their faces...priceless...

I'm mostly peaceful.  "Off with their Heads" is the new slogan for my weight loss clinic.
