WRONG !!Ex-presidents can be charged with treason, just like any other U.S. citizen. There is no legal immunity from prosecution after a president leaves office.

Here's how it works: 

What is Treason?  Treason is very narrowly defined in the U.S. Constitution:

"Treason against the United States shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort." — Article III, Section 3

This means the bar for proving treason is extremely high. It must involve:

• Waging war against the U.S.
• Aiding enemies of the U.S. (not just foreign adversaries, but nations the U.S. is formally at war with)
• And it must be proven by either:
  • The testimony of two witnesses to the same overt act, or
  • A confession in open court

Can a Former President Be Charged?Yes. If a former president commits acts that meet the strict constitutional definition of treason, they can be indicted and tried in a federal court.There is no exemption for high-ranking officials or ex-presidents. In fact, accountability is a key principle of U.S. law.
 Treason is very rare in U.S. history. Instead, more common charges for serious offenses by officials might include:

• Sedition
• Espionage
• Obstruction of justice
• Conspiracy against the U.S.
• Mishandling classified information

These are easier to prove and have broader legal definitions than treason.

The TRUTH is however, TREASON would be a tough pull... HOWEVER:

 More common charges for serious offenses by officials might include:

• Sedition
• Espionage
• Obstruction of justice
• Conspiracy against the U.S.
• Mishandling classified information

Epstein is DEAD, his enablers are in JAIL, his Island is SHUT DOWN, and NO ONE is being trafficked ANY LONGER.  I don't know why they are not releasing any more information on the Epstein issue, BUT, THAT is a story that is NO LONGER a STORY... and there could be 1000 reasons why they might have NOT want to released the "list"... Currently, the evidence against Obama is VERY TROUBLING, but not AIR TIGHT... HOWEVER, THIS investigation has JUST begun !!

If I were Barack Obama, I would be VERY worried... I currently BELIEVE he is AT LEAST as guilty as Richard Nixon was 60 years ago... and because he (Barack Obama) not only used shady "rental criminals" to do his dirty deeds... Obama USED the FBI, CIA, NSA, and VARIOUS other branches, and elements, and PEOPLE... of the federal Government ITSELF to ACCUSE, INDICT, and attempt to REMOVE (& possibly IMPEACH) Donald Trump from office... he was UNSUCCESSFUL... but the INTENT to commit a CRIMINAL act... is STILL a CRIMINAL ACT !!

I however, will watch to see what the Special Investigation yields... with the FEDERAL Government, providing ALL the available (and related) Records, Documents, and Papers... and WHISTLEBLOWERS already coming forward... I DO WANT, to see JUSTICE be DONE !!
