The division was an absolute **** show - and I brought order and success to it. I was anything but a typical dispatch - I was a magician who could make trucks appear and disappear - who could keep a man in the saddle for 14 hours and put him back in the saddle ten hours later - and who could spot a dangerously tired driver and keep him off the road without it showing up on his record. I had my truckers' backs in ways that were whispered legend.

The best dispatcher I had was a lesbian. You ever go by the name Marnell? She was a driver who came to our KAG satellite yard with 10 years OTR. The other drivers had a difficult time accepting all that so my buddy and I took her under our wings and taught her the ropes. She was quite intelligent and flat out could out drive most men. We caught a bit of flack from the other drivers until one day my buddy had had enough. All 6'4", every bit of 300 pounds of him approached a group of other drivers and gave them a verbal beat down that was epic. A few retorts from the other drivers showed just how ignorant they were and for a moment thought fists would fly. They all walked away with sunken shoulders and bottom lips dragging on the ground. Never heard a peep again!
Several years later, the 3 of us ended up at another carrier. Better pay and new equipment. Didn't take long before Marnell moved into dispatch and we got pretty much what we wanted daily as drivers. A few of the other drivers started to complain to the boss. The boss went to Marnell and asked what was up. She had the perfect response, it's not easy being a lesbian in a man's world and these two drivers taught me everything I know about fuel delivery, they respect me as a person and the feeling is mutual. Tell your other drivers not to treat me like a freak! The boss showed one driver the exit and the others bit their tounge.

That's anywhere and everywhere that I ever ran crews, period. And I always walked my talk, so no one had room to say ****. So, look at your **** endorsements. What can you do for this company, tomake us money? The more endorsements, the more favoritism. In the Bakken oil boom, our company did whatever needed doing. You give me a choice between hiring a 6 (on paper) or a 10, and the 6 is already part of my crew socially (a son, a brother, a long-standing friend - already known and liked and accepted by my crew), and I will take that 6 all day every day. Because EVERYTHING arises from culture, and the culture of my teams is the thing that always mattered the most to me. I want nothing but aces, nothing but high-stepping and pridefulness. What I want, and what I have always got, is for my crew members to do right when no one is looking because they'd be embarrassed and ashamed to do anything else. I want my crew members to be their OWN supervisor. I don't like to work, dammit. So I work very, very hard to avoid working.

You are not in a condition to receive the information about which you are inquiring purely out of idle curiosity. You have to care about truth to know it. That does sound like a lot of work rewriting all the between the lines of history on this subject. I mainly ask due to quite a few posters here believing, to some degree, the same thing. Posters that I would say are fairly intelligent and I agree with most of the time until they mention this Jew stuff and my mind kind of blows a circuit. I would read just about anything that gives some information or credibility on the subject.
