The definition ONLY requires an "overt act" to try to overthrow the incoming administration.

When ya get booked just be a "Convict" and do ya time.

Dont gamble or borrow canteen those the people who get beaten and raped.

Gangbangers if ya gotta buncha tattoes but the "DOC" tries farm out rival gangs in different prisons so they dont have riots or trouble.

Dont behave yourself "Inside" State of Wisconsin has no qualms sending ya to "MAX" like Waupun or Portage where ya locked down 24/7 other than chow hall and rec-yard and school..

Green Bay Correctional another but that Gladiator School if ya under 25 or 30 years old they send young punks up there.

Portage and Waupun are "Maxes" but older Convicts done some time already understand "Institutional" living set up in State Prison

There was some younger folks at Portage but was a "privilege" be there instead of Green Bay Correctional Facilty so they mostly behaved themselves  our Warden didnt take no crap have ya transfered in a heartbeat he wanted smooth operation they behaved themselves
