I count it by the prices I see.  Insurance? Up 400$ a Year.  Property Tax up 600$ a year. Homeowners Insurance up 600$ a year.

I don't know how the government counts stuff. But I do know Donald Trump lies on the financial documents as needed for a gain and he sure don't want nobody seeing his taxes.   I wonder how much gets transferred to him daily from the Federal Government right now.  That's how Putin became the wealthiest man on the planet for a time.
