You pick and choose what portions you like.  The 2nd, regardless of what your spin is, was written to allow citizens to arm themselves.  Read EVERYTHING the founders wrote, not just those whom you agree with.

Over the years I have posted both sides of issue from the founders stand point.  You probably never read it.

Mrs. Mary, there is no need to meltdown over this.  For every Justice you post I can find others with an opposing view.

I prefer to go with those who are running NH.  That is a state with a common sense, in line with the framers, approach to the 2nd Amendment.

Mrs, Mary, You live in one of the whitest states of the union with the same of the laxest gun laws in the country. Within that state you live one of the republican conclaves.

Must be lonely and since you are a coward you don't get to voice your opinion publicly.  So feel the need to stick your nose into the politics of other states.  Basically until you start being in vocal in YOUR state I don't care what you say about other states.  Anonymously,  And remember, you have voted republican in your state meaning you voted for the status quo concerning gun laws.  Sir, I apologize but I must point out you are a ahypocrite.

With that sir, I bid you adieu for today.  Just read the threee musketeers again.  LOL! Will you be in triple digits today like you were the day you were so concerned with my post count?  LMAO!

Mr. vegetable, your argument crumbled in one fell swoop.  If I was wrong whatever you have  been told to think about the 2A would be the prevailing interpretation and the law of the land.  Your state, that you never whine about, would not have the lax gun laws they have.

Sir, it is not.

That is an idiotic "argument".

As the retired CHIEF JUSTICE OF THE SUPREME COURT (I bet you had no idea) told you, the NRA/Scalia position is a fraud.

LMAO!  Mr. Veggie, you deem anything that crushes your argument as idiotic.  Di you manage to get that refund from Brown?  By the way I know about Warren Berger.  Mr. Veggie, you are not as superior as you tell yourself, dir.

He is not the CHIEF JUSTICE OF THE SUPREME COURT, he is one of many CHIEF JUSTICES OF THE SUPREME COURT.
the NRA/Scalia position is a fraud

Says the legacy Brown admission who majored in 19th Century Russian studies.  Sir, what a waste of an Ivy College.  If in fact you are being honest. I am quite sure you don't have a JD or an academic history as a constitutional scholar. Sir.

another nail in your coffin, Sir, is the fact for 143 years, 1791-1934, the interpretation of the 2A was not your interpretation or Berger’s interpretation.  And that was LONG before the political ARM of the NRA or Justice Scalia.

Mr Vegetable, my esteemed yet ignorant adversary, the federal government did little to nothing to regulate firearms.  You could mail order a sub machine gun and have it delivered to your home.  There was no regulation on automatic weapons/machine guns.  You could walk into  any store, as far as the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT was concerned, and d by rifles, handguns, machine guns, etc to your hearts content or your money ran out.

Additionally, politicians like Monroe did all they could to finance mass production of repeating rifles so the average citizen could afford one instead of a musket.  This has been posted to you previously.

Sir, please do not attempt. To tell me to hat YOUR interpretation, based on interpretations AFTER 1934, is the correct one.
