Only within limits. It's already been showed, through insurmountable research and data, we pay more into the current system than we would if we had Universal Healthcare. A lot more. The reason is because the uninsured are passing the costs off onto the insured. The hospitals have to cover the cost. This causes them to raise prices, which in return raises premiums. This also means that Medicaid and Medicare flip the cost which increases our taxes on top of the premium hikes. We pay a lot more.

However, universal healthcare would be a much different system in America than in any other country. The quality of healthcare would decrease noticeably. So, do we want to pay less for **** care, or indirectly pay more, due to the uninsured, but our quality of care remains the same.

I pick quality. So no free medical unless we can figure out a system where quality won't be sacrificed. ...
Ok...but why the limits? Just like the "education" tax, it's already paid for.

So, let's recap the Ignorance here...shall we.

Federal taxes fund public insurance programs, such as Medicare, Medicaid, CHIP, and military health insurance programs (Veteran's Health Administration, TRICARE).

Yes. They also get their medicine free. Well, most of it. However, they are not expected to pay it back because we all already paid for it.

Well, this is just a shot in the dark, but if I was to guess it would be for students.

Sorry. My bad. Lol

It's not free if our taxers paid for it. That is what the whole point of this is.
