Again, Heller was about DC, not federal laws.  There is a reason WHY I stress FEDERAL GOVERNMENT in each post concerning the 143 years.  Plus, the law in question was after the 1934.

Mt Vegerable, as I stated earlier there was no Federal firearms legislature for 143 years FROM 1791 until 1934.   The reason there was a need for Heller was stated went **** crazy.  Next, Heller was not the US v. Heller, it DC v Heller.
