No, Controlly...those are facts...

Inconvenient, to be sure.

Hence Berger's emphasis on FRAUD.

Run, Mr ******, Run.

No sir, Warren Begers interpretation was not the interpretation of the Federal Government for 143 years.

There would have been no need for Heller...

There would not be a boat full of crap on the Innertubes insisting that the opening words of the 2nd Amendment are there only for decoration.

Again, Heller was about DC, not federal laws.  There is a reason WHY I stress FEDERAL GOVERNMENT in each post concerning the 143 years.  Plus, the law in question was after the 1934.

Mt Vegerable, as I stated earlier there was no Federal firearms legislature for 143 years FROM 1791 until 1934.   The reason there was a need for Heller was stated went **** crazy.  Next, Heller was not the US v. Heller, it DC v Heller.

Again, Sir, you are wading into topics you are not intellectually armed to understand.

There was DRACONIAN regulation at the local level.

Obviating the need for more global regs.

The Fraud is a series of **** lines of "reasoning". Gospel to witless ammosexuals and gold to those who make good money telling them what to think.

You're a coward and an imbecile.

Heller "codified" the "individual right"....

And the argument about federal involvement is entirely arbitrary.

But for the fact that you are a coward who runs from his words, you could explain why you FAVOR the federal regulation of "machine guns".
