We are thinking hard about busting a move and downsizing.  I have shared common areas before. I like it personally.

I hear the current occupants of BV's shared wall duplex are moving out after only 2 weeks, like the other 47 renters, they gave up the security deposit and hauled ***.

5 acres is a lot to share...I have to cut up 2 large fallen willows, and am still working on the basswood...

The quote on the basswood was 8-10k.

I just grab the saw..

Because I do, I don't have to listen to the cats mewl....and unless someone else pitches in - no one tells me what to do.

This is why we can enjoy this for less than $300/mo in HOA...

We are navigating insured repairs from the hail storm.  New roof is on the list.

Mrs is angry she signed a contract and has no paper work even with a deposit made.  The folks are respected in our community so I am ok with it, but I did reach out to the contractor for some kind of paper with an SOW or a contract with financials.

Roofs sound very expensive. Contractor says he'll do additional roof for 30$ a Square.  I think he left  feet out of the units. You can't get one bundle of shingles for 30$. MAGAmethics.. they must get ripped off all the time.

No rentals.

I've had 2 immediate neighbors in 30 years....the first pair left horizontal.

As far as what I read I check Drudge, the NY Post, CNN and MSNBC in the morning to see all sides take on any new issue.

Here is a secret.  I record ALL shows that I watch that are on live TV, from sports to those two FOX shows.  Not sure what your issue is, Sir.
