The ec9s is slimmer and more compact this one holds a 13+1 and a 10+1.  Very accurate out of the box but does have adjustable rear sights.

That may be how you make a case but I have never argued against it.  SO no, there is no need for me to even attempt to make your arguments. My next ammosexual gem, as opposed to a launcher of plastic projectiles, is the M&P Shield 9 EZ.  It is an 8+1 weapon.  It is called EZ because everything from the slide to the safety, to the loading the magazine is made with technology that makes it extremely easy to operate.  It is for those with arthritis or hand injuries.  My issue with it is I have sever nerve damage on my hand and I have difficulty with the grip safety. Also when I shoot my thumb tends to hit the safety lever and places it in the safe portion.  I can't feel the thumb.  Not a good thing to happen if you are in a real self defense situation.
