So, returning to the topic.
This response to Big Ball's pusillanimity in the face of a young girl is a complete reversal from the policy of his first term.
As you can see from this chart, the arrival of the once and future Rapist Felon in DC in 2017 coincided with an explosion in the DC homicide rate. It rose from 16.7 to 27.8 - that's a 600, no 850, no a 1,500% increase.
In that instance he responded by inviting more than 2,000 hooligans to march peacefully to the Capitol, and trash it.

For the record this is not the first time the Guard has been called to DC. Backi n 89 Bush deployed the DC Guard Cocaine Barry was Mayor. DC was nicked named the Murder Capitol. I did s three year tour there. We wanted place signs on the bottom of the Hueys saying "We are NOT the Guard!"
